យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយនៅក្នុងបណ្ដាញសង្គមរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជាបានឲ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១នៃយន្តការកិច្ចសន្ទនាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «២+២» រវាងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនិងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការពារជាតិកម្ពុជានិងចិន នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានបង្ហាញការជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមាំថា វត្តមានរបស់ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាង យី (WANG Yi) រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមនាវី តុង ជុន (DONG Jun) រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិននឹងជំរុញទំនាក់ទំនងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកម្រិតខ្ពស់ ធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅនូវទំនុកចិត្តផ្នែកនយោបាយ ការរីកចម្រើននៃទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីដែលជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយនិងជាមិត្តដែកថែបព្រមទាំងបាននិងកំពុងខិតខំកសាងសហគមន៍ជោគវាសនារួមកម្ពុជា-ចិនគ្រប់រដូវកាលក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មី។
ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជាប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរលើគ្រប់វិស័យឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅបន្ថែមទៀតដោយប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ឥតងាករេនូវគោលការណ៍ចិនមួយ។
ឯកឧត្តម ទៀ សីហា បានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ភាគីមិត្តចិនបានបង្ហាញពីការគាំទ្រលើវិស័យយោធាកម្ពុជាក្នុងការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយោធានិងធ្វើទំនើបកម្មយោធាដែលនឹងពង្រឹងខឿនការពារជាតិ ដែនទឹក ដែនគោកនិងដែនអាកាស៕
The first meeting of the “2+2” Strategic Dialogue Mechanism between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the Ministers of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the People’s Republic of China.
I firmly believe that the presence of His Excellency Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Admiral Dong Jun, Minister of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China, will promote high-level strategic communication and deepen political trust. This meeting further advances bilateral relations as comprehensive strategic partners and ironclad friends who strive to build a Cambodia-China community with a shared future in the new era. Cambodia is committed to strengthening and expanding cooperation between the two countries in all fields and to further deepening these ties while unswervingly adhering to the One-China principle.
During the meeting, the Chinese side expressed its support for Cambodia’s military sector by promoting cooperation and modernization efforts aimed at strengthening national defence foundation, including maritime, land, and air defence capabilities.
