កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) បានចាប់ផ្ដើមនៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិព្រំ-ផាកកាត ស្វែងរកបទឈប់បាញ់ និងការបញ្ឈប់នូវរាល់អរិភាពតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន

លោកជំទាវ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ម៉ាលី សុជាតា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានឱ្យដឹងថា កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅម៉ោង ៩:៣០នាទីព្រឹក នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ នៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិព្រំ-ផាកកាត ខេត្តប៉ៃលិន ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទល់នឹងខេត្តចន្ទបុរី ប្រទេសថៃ ក្រោមការសង្កេតការណ៍ពីក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងថៃ។

តាមរយៈសេចក្ដីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានឱ្យដឹងបន្ថែមថា គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ទៀ សីហា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាសហប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC)។ គណៈប្រតិភូថៃ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ណាត់ថាក់ផុន ណាកផានីត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ និងជាសហប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC)។

កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) នាពេលនេះនឹងបង្កើតបាននូវបទឈប់បាញ់មួយដែលអាចអនុវត្តបាន និងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់អាចត្រលប់ទៅរកទីលំនៅរបស់ខ្លួនដែលស្ថិតក្នុងទីតាំងដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងជំរុញឱ្យប្រទេសទាំងពីរបន្តអនុវត្តយន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធី។

The 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting has commenced at 9:30 am this morning, on December 27, 2025, at Prom-Pak Kard Permanent Border Checkpoint, between Pailin Province, Cambodia, and Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of both Cambodia and Thailand.

The Cambodian delegation was led by His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Co-Chairman of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC). The Thailand delegation was led by His Excellency General Nattaphon Narkphanit, Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Co-Chairman of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC).

This 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting was convened to reach a ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities along the Cambodia–Thailand border.

Cambodia firmly anticipates that this 3rd Special Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting will yield a practical and implementable ceasefire, provide the opportunity for affected civilians to return safely to their homes, and encourage both countries to continue utilizing existing mechanisms to resolve issues peacefully.
