យោងតាមការបង្ហោះផ្សាយរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថាអ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៩:៣៨នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដែលជាទីតាំងត្រូវបានទទួលរងការវាយប្រហារ រាយបន្លាលួសនិងដាក់ពង្រាយទូកុងតឺន័រកាន់កាប់ដោយខុសច្បាប់របស់យោធាថៃ ដោយបានធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាជាច្រើនគ្រួសារមិន ទាន់អាចវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់លំនៅដ្ឋានវិញបាននៅឡើយព្រមទាំងធ្វើការពិនិត្យលើការគោរពនិងការអនុវត្តវិធាន ការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានផងដែរ។
កម្ពុជាមិនទទួលស្គាល់ជាដាច់ខាតនូវការកែប្រែខ្សែព្រំដែនណាមួយដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងនោះឡើយ។ ការណ៍នេះ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពចាំបាច់ជាដាច់ខាតក្នុងការចាប់ផ្តើមកិច្ចការវាស់វែងខ័ណ្ឌសីមាដោយគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក (JBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុតស្របតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់ដូចមានចែងនៅក្នុងចំនុចទីបីនៃសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ(GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដើម្បីអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់របស់កម្ពុជាអាចវិលត្រលប់ទៅលំនៅដ្ឋានវិញដោយមិនមានការរារាំងព្រមទាំងដោយសុវត្ថិភាពនិងកិត្តិយស។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, as well as national and international media, of the following:
On Tuesday, 23 June 2026, at 9:38 a.m., the Coordination Group(CLG) facilitated a field visit for the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), led by the Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (HOM AOT) from the Philippines, to observe, verify, and report on the border situation in Prey Chan Village, O’ Bei Choan Commune, O’Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province. This area was subjected to attacks, the installation of barbed wire, and the unlawful deployment of container structures by the Thai military. As a result, many Cambodian families have not yet been able to return to their homes. The visit also included monitoring compliance with and implementation of all measures stipulated in the Joint Statement following the entry into force of the ceasefire.
Cambodia categorically rejects any change to the border line resulting from the use of force. This underscores the absolute necessity for the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) to commence demarcation work as soon as possible, in accordance with the existing agreement as stated in point three of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, which aims to ensure that Cambodian innocent civilians can safely, peacefully, and with dignity return to their homes without any obstruction.
Cambodia has consistently extended its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and stressed the indispensable importance of strengthening the AOT’s role and mandate to verify and ensure the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire and all measures agreed upon between Cambodia and Thailand. This is aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and mutual trust, while always welcoming friendly countries willing to further assist in this mission.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
